its a scam, DO NOT DO IT
It isn't a sale...it is a SCAM. There is no vehicle. If you send them any money, it will disappear along with the people who took it. They come up with a sob story about why they have to sell and use reputable sounding service names like Yahoo or eBay to try and give a sense of legitimacy to the deal. Do not send them any information or money. Make sure to report them.
No you're not.
Does that free delivery bit not seem a little bit scammy to you???
Yes, I have heard of this same story many times. I have dealt with "sellers" like this. I am guessing that it was a good deal, almost unbelievable price. They give the same story every time. They are out of the country and they go through a third party like e-bay or yahoo for the actual purchase. I like to mess with them - so I would ask them for their phone number, a faxed copy of the title, and that you want to see the car before signing anything or giving any money, and if they can't supply this then you are not interested and will Flag the ad for removal. It is very much a scam and many "too good to be true" ads on there are.
